5 tbsp Dark soya sauce (Tiger Brand Top Qty )
2 tsp of Light soya sauce
2 tbsp of brown sugar
1/4 tsp of Pepper
5 tbsp of Water(rough estimate )
1 tsp 花雕酒 ( huādiāojiǔ)
