200g rice flour

175ml water
80 g castor sugar
1 tsp baking powder
1 packet Eno
 

Method
Mix rice flour n baking powder with water
Add in sugar till dissolve
Add in Eno
Whisk till frothy
Colour to ur liking
steam at high flame for 10 mins (smallsize ) n 15 mins ( bigger size)
Tips
Do not open the cover until stipulated time
Fill the bowl till 90% full
