part 1

1 cup cake flor or plain flour
1tsp baking powder
1/4tsp baking soda
1/4tsp salt

part 2
1 cup fresh milk
1/4tsp vanilla

part 3
2 eggs
1/4 cup white sugar

Fillings:
cocktail sausage
quail egg
cooked minced pork
tomato ketchup
grounded pepper
soya sauce
diced spring onion

Method:
1) prepare part 1 and 2 in separate bowls, put aside
2) prepare part 3, beat well till rise a bit,
3) then put part 1 and part 2 alternately into part 3, mixed well
4) bring the mixed batter to chill about 15-20 mins (we will see the batter become thicker) then cook it in the pan like picture below
