Homemade mascarpone mini fruit tart - by 陳靖蕓

recipe for sweet shortcrust pastry : 
125g butter , 
65g icing sugar..
250g all purpose flour , 
1 egg yolk , 
half tbsp vanilla essence n one tbsp water
 

Method
sift flour n sugar into mixing bowl..rub butter into flour mixture until resembles coarse crumbs.. Add in egg yolk.. 
Vanilla essence n water.. 
Shape dough into ball n refrigerate before using
 

Mascarpone cheese Filling
250g cream cheese / mascarpone cheese + sugar + heavy cream whisk until fluffy.


 The tart bake at 180 C for 20-25 mins depend on your oven. After done let it cool down only pipe the mascarpone cheese in tart shells n decorated with fruit as you wish
