Flower blossom pineapple tart - by Teo Choong Eng Cindy

Recipe : Ingredient A
567g flour
2 tsp Baking powder
1/2 tsp Salt

Ingredient B
3 nos Egg Yolk
1tsp Vanilla extract

Ingredient C
340g Butter (chilled)
2 tbsp Sugar
8 tbsp Boiling water

Sift ingredient A into a basin.
Rub butter with flour till mixture resemble bread crumbs.
Add ingredient B & mix to form pastry dough.
Add in boiling water and mix well ( I add sugar into boiling water to dissolve )
Chill in fridge for 1/2 hrs.
Bake 180C for 15mins.
