Tiramisu MACARONS filled with mascarpone
Ingredient for 30 macaron
160g ground almonds
280g icing sugar
3 egg white 
1 pinch salt
50g sugar
1 tbsp instant coffee 
Few drop brown food coloring ( optional )


Filling:
60g butter
110g mascarpone 
125g icing sugar
1 tbsp amaretto( hazelnut liqueur )
Or brandy 
1 tsp powdered cocoa 
Method
Sieve the icing sugar and mix well with ground  almonds. 
Whip egg white with electric mixer, add the salt and gradually sugar until obtaining a thick meringue. 
Add half on the icing sugar to almond and stir gently with spatula from top to bottom. 
Add coffee and the remaining icing sugar with the almond and continue stirring gently until blended.
Allow to rest btw 30-35 min at room temp.
Preheat oven @150'c for 20 min until from to touch. 
Repeat the process with the rest of the batter. 
Filling:
Butter Soften at room temperature.   
Place it in a large bowl and beat with electric beater for 2 min until soft and creamer. Add the mascarpone and continue beating a few more minutes. Add sugar, liqueur and pinch of salt and  beat for 3-4 mins. Fill the macarons with the mascarpone cream and sprinkle with the cocoa before serving
