A) 500gm Butter Cookies Mix (I get this from Ailin Bakery shop)
200gm Butter
50gm Caramel
100gm Ground Almond
100gm Ground Cashewnut
B) 200gm Twin Chocolate Chip

1) Knead (A) to form a dough then add in (B)
2) Using desired cutter and shape out cookies
3) Bake at 170°C for about 20 minute
