Easy Biscuit Layer Cheese Cakes - By Jack Mak


Recipe-
Ingredients
Cream cheese 250g
Icing sugar 30g
Condensed milk 30g
Whipping cream 250g
"Soda" crackers (苏打饼) Depends on desire


Method-
- mix cream cheese with icing sugar and condensed milk and beat until smooth.
- Then, add in whipping cream. Mix until well-combined.
- Take one portion of cracker. Grind it and Press until firm.
- Top up with one layer of cream cheese and one layer of biscuit crisps. Repeat this until finish.
